Refunds Policy

All of our cases are custom made to order, based on your selected design, phone model, and finish. As personalised items, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.

However, if there is a problem with your order, we're here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there’s an issue. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, and its condition will be verified upon return.

All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery and sent to our UK studio. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations: All phone cases and straps are made and printed to order and move into production after 6 hours. After this I can not change or cancel an order.

Non refundable items:

Because of the nature of these items, we can accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
