Returns Policy
- Please send us an email for a returns address: orders@thepleasure.co.uk
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We advise paying for Tracked. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We don’t offer exchanges since each case is made to order, but you can return the case for a refund and then place a new order for the correct model.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom / Personalised Phone Cases. Because of the nature of these items, we can accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refunded you.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to show on your payment method.
