Returns Policy

  • Please send us an email for a returns address: orders@thepleasure.co.uk
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We advise paying for Tracked. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • We don’t offer exchanges since each case is made to order, but you can return the case for a refund and then place a new order for the correct model.


Non-returnable items: 

  • Custom / Personalised Phone Cases. Because of the nature of these items, we can accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Refunds 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refunded you.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to show on your payment method.
