  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Customers are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We advise paying for Tracked. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-returnable items: 

  • Custom / Personalised Phone Cases. Because of the nature of these items, we can accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refunded you.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to show on your payment method.
